Shipping:

Processing orders can take between 3-5 business days. Orders will be processed in the order received. Expect tracking information via email after mailed. 

If immediate shipping is needed or special instructions for a specific shipping company (USPS, UPS, FEDEX), please purchase original shipping and email me at support@speak2mejewelry.com.

Speak2me Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are undelivered, misdelivered, or damaged during transit provided that the shipping address matches the address provided.

Returns/Exchanges Requests:

Returns and exchanges must be made and communicated to us within 10 days after receipt of the item. Item must be returned in the original condition. Email me at support@speak2mejewelry.com.

Customized Requests & Bulk Orders:

Yes! We love to do customized pieces. If you have seen something you like on the site or similar styles please send a reference picture to my email. Any specifications can alter the price after receiving, all details of items needed will discuss pricing. For bulk orders over 10 pieces and/or requesting special art packaging, email me at support@speak2mejewelry.com.
